Stilla Stella is a floating lab-grown diamond held by a four-pointed 14K gold star prong, on a 4 mm ring that slides onto any hoop, huggie or chain — no clasp, no tools. The star bail is weighted so the diamond faces forward instead of flipping, which is the usual problem with helix charms.
