Shipping policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Personalized orders may take additional business days to process.
DOMESTIC
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
- Ground: Free on eligible orders. Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will arrive in 7-14 days after shipment date.
- Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
- Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Cosmo Carat is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
ENGRAVING
All engraved items are final sale.
All engraved items will ship within 4-5 business days of an order being processed.
